As a father and husband, Magner enjoys spending time with his family. Early in the morning, you can catch him riding his bike around Cape Coral.

Carolina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in advertising and public relations from the University of Tampa and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida. She enjoys being outdoors and exploring the world, playing board games with her family, and serving at her local church. Gloria is our resident jack of all trades. She began as a loan officer which is what led the family to start the real estate brokerage over 15 years ago. Her deep knowledge in the mortgage process and understanding in all areas of real estate make her a go-to resource to our clients and a valuable asset to our team.
As the office manager, Gloria focuses on the day-to-day logistics of the office, keeps the team organized and leads much of the property management efforts.
Gloria is the mom of three, a title she proudly wears. She enjoys a good book, spending time with her husband and kids and you can always find her with a coffee in hand. Gloria loves supporting her community and serving at her local church.
Islena, or ‘Issy’, has been representing sellers, future homeowners, and investors in Southwest Florida for over 17 years. As an agent, she gives her all into every transaction, treating each client as if they were family. Born in Colombia, Islena studied business administration and served for 12 years in the army before moving to the U.S. in 2001. After studying and learning English as a second language, she found her passion in real estate, knowing she had the ability to help bring other’s dream of homeownership into reality.
Islena is a mother to five beautiful children. She loves to workout, sing, and dance. She also loves animals, especially dogs. Islena is an active member of Christian Life Fellowship where she has served her community for more than five years.
